The Terrenauts

Created for Theater Hof, premier June 12 2023.

"The Terranauts" is based on T.C. Boyles' novel about an experiment that sends eight scientists to live on a manned space station for two years. The small society, which is not allowed to leave the closed ecosystem, struggles with the pitfalls of technology and the challenges of human nature. The piece focuses in particular on the way in which the dynamics of relationships can change and intensify in such an environment.
